Last year, Ángela, one of our 5 years old students, won a prize in a competition about healthy habits by Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer.

The prize was an english play for children from infant education and first and second level at 

Jiménez de Córdoba School.

The tittle of the play is " Tiny Little World" by Opportunity Theatre, and the english teachers have been working it thanks to a didactic unit given by this company.

2016-17

According to the Reading Plan, our school is  going to work on the topics THE MOON and THE SEA this term.
We are doing lots of interesting activities from the different subjects: maths,language,music, art & crafts,religion,science... 
We would like to show you the activities we have done in the English class.
Thanks to the 3rd level students, their families and the  English department , we built a huge AQUARIUM in the corridor. 

Children made the sea animals and after that we put them inside the fish tank.

Next, the rest of the levels visited the aquarium with the leaflet we prepared in previous lessons.

This is the moment of the pupils´ visit and the explanations of the English teachers.

 Jiménez de Córdoba School in order to teach  healthy habits 

in the English language.

Students from Infant, 1st, 5th and 6th levels prepare in previous lessons the different activities for the workshops thanks to the educational guides.
